Mouse button problem

Am running Windows XP and recently changed a mouse from a track ball to the
original optical mouse that came with my HP. I cannot get the right button
to bring up shortcuts as I had in the past. Where can I find this. When
going into the Mouse button functions it is not offered.

Perhaps you need a new mouse driver.
