Mounting a Roaming Profile on a Mac 10.3.7 Client

I've searched around the internet and here to find a way to do this, but
haven't found any solution. How can I make mac clients automatically
mount a
roaming profile's 'my documents' folder onto its desktop? I have mainly
windows XP based clients, but we're phasing in Mac OS X 10.3.7 (panther)
clients and cannot figure out how to mount users' roaming profiles
stored on
a Windows 2003 Server machine.

Does anyone have a solution to this, or know or an online guide to
achieve
this? Help would be much appreciated.
