Either you are:
(1) installing the MoBo with the Power Supply plugged in, or
(2) blessed with static electricity that is frying components of the MoBo
when you install it, or
(3) Power Supply is providing too much voltage and frying the components

Do you have a really surge protector, if not get one.
What kind of power supply do you have and how many watts is it?
Did you place the motherboard on risers that came with your case?
Are the wires scraping the motherboard?
Is there anything scraping the motherboard itself?
Are all your addin cards securely fastened?
Are your drives securely connected?
One other question... are your connectors for power, audio and usb, etc,
placed in the right location, as well as placed in correctly?

Save yourself more time and money, don't try fixing this yourself: it is obvious that you are not familiar with the correct proceedures

Go to a computer shop and pay them to install the motherboard. If it explodes when they do it, they can diagnose the problem and replace whatever is causing the problems.
