Hi.
I would like to build my first pc. I'm a bit stuck on the
motherboard. As in best one to get. I've selected MSI
Nforce K7N2 Delta-ILSR Motherboard £98.88 inc VAT code
47974 from ebuyer.com ( I like the red board but is it the
best)
or A7N8X Deluxe SKT A NForce2 Chipset Motherboard VER:
2.0 *
£93.53 code 43223
I am going to put it into an antec 1000 case. so I've got
plenty of room. 350W psu and will be running XP Pro.
I've spent hours reading reviews and links on both
products but I cant make up my mind. Any help would be
much appreciated. I am going to use a amd athlon Xp2600+
333MHz thoroughbread- oem
Or would you recomend anyother boards.
Many thanks for your time
Phill

I don't think you can go wrong with either one since they both have the same
chipset. I own a A7N8X Deluxe and very happy with it. I chose Asus beacuse
of the 2 ethernet card onboard.

You will never go wrong selecting an Asus Tech board.

If your into gaming, check out the Epox 8rda+ or the new 8rda3+ main boards
with the Nforce chip set. I have had mine now for about two weeks with a AMD
2600+ and it just rips. Its an OC dream!!!! Asus is a fine choice also.

Should be a good board. You should also consider getting a larger
Power supply. 350 Watt is a little marginal.
