The developer of MBM has decided to stop work on the program. Sounds like he
is burned out.

Too bad. Alex is a nice guy, and passed up opportunities to make a buck off
MBM to keep it free. That will be a loss to the performance and overclocking
community. Too bad he refuses to donate the source code, which he could do
without violating NDA's.

Having said that, I prefer Speedfan. However, it doesn't support as many
boards as MBM.

Alex was probably asked to sign an NDA with the motherboard, BIOS, and
chipset manufacturers from which he must get information.
