I noticed my ATX case doesn't have the Dell 6-pin Power_2 connector.

If you mean the one from the PSU, the Dell Optiplex uses a proprietary
PSU, not a standard ATX PSU.

You can get an adapter. It will free you up to use any power supply you
choose. Without the adapter, you're kinda SOL.
