Ultimate and no problems.
You should check your other hardware and software as well, though.
Have you run the Vista upgrade advisor?

WDM Mass Storage Device (HPH09), and printer "could be" issues. Only
Realtek RTL8187 Wireless 802.11g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter "must be
check out."
The ASUS site only has BETA drivers for the MB, which is why I didn't
think Vista would work.
What do you think now?
