Motherboard MS-7042

Hi,

I have a PC MEDION with a motherboard MS-7042.
I'm looking for a documentation related to this mother board (user manual
...), but I found nothing in MSI webpage.
An other pb is this PC may crash during the XP boot when hyperthreading is
activated in the BIOS.

May someone help me , or have some informations ??

Probably MSI but might be OEM-unique for Medion, perhaps a
lot like this one:

Generally it is better to post more info, specifics about
the board in question.
