I have assembled my new PC with one mobo Gigabyte 965P-S3,
burner DVD ide LG GSA-H22N version bulk and HD Maxtor SATA2.

I have made the boot from floppy with a disc of restoration of Win98 The
disc of restoration
of Windows 98 contains the driver of i Generic CD-ROM ATAPI IDE and SCSI,
that they concur to use
DVD/CD-ROM During the loading of the driver with MSCDEX.EXE I obtain
following error:
"Not driver found,...." Probably it does not find the driver for the
peripheral one.

on the site LG they say that their burnersi do not have need of driver
particular.
What to make?
In bios the DVD it is recognized, comes initialized correctly, the
undercarriage exits,
and moreover ago the boot from CD!

I would have to install WinXP.
Why? Thanks

Get yourself a copy of Win ME boot disk from here G.

http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm
