When you buy one of these is the standard cooling fan all right or do
you need to get the recommended upgrade for efficient cooling?
Why would the standard one be inadequate?

The standard heat sink and fan supplied by Intel and AMD on their "retail
box" CPUs is perfectly adequate unless you overclock the CPU or put it in a
case with inadequate cooling.

Intended use for PC utilizing this CPU MOBO.

Model numbers for the following:
CPU
MOBO
Standard Fan
Upgrade Fan
Case

The rest of the proposed system part numbers if possible. Lacking that
information I will go with sandy58.
