motherboard ASUS TX97E - 104 and usb 2.0

Excuse my english I'm french.

I have a old computer with motherboard ASUS TX97-E 104 wilth Intel 200 MMX.
I have double boot W 98 SE and XP.

I have included a new cart PCI Belkin with two port USB 2.0

No problem for included this cart in W98SE and XP. I have a plus and play
installation.
in D800 - D81F IRQ 11
But when I connect a peripheric (photo, extern hard disk ) ! No thing !...

I have test this cart in another computer = No problem.

Can you help me ...
Problem of Windows ? of the Bios ?

Perhaps you need to check the peripheral device too.
Some may not work correctly.

If WinXP cannot show the device, it might be difficult to solve.
