| Thank you very much. This has been bugging me since I installed FP2002
| (apparently FP2000 doesn't honor this setting). I searched the
| Knowledge Base but didn't find this article.

I am having the same problem, but I'm using the XP version of TweakUI and
there is no longer an option to "add new documents to start menu" which is
what that article says to do. This in fact worked fine when I had windows2K
and FP 2002 but since upgrading to windows xp and fp2002 (and tweakUI XP) it
doesn't. There WAS an option to "allow recent documents on start menu" that
I found in tweakui, which certainly sounds like the same thing, but that WAS
checked, and I still don't have any recent docs anywhere :( Can you advise?

thanks

I also have XP and couldn't find which option in TweakUI caused this
problem. I made the registry change indicated previously and that fixed
it for me.

If you have kept the older versions of TweakUI, most will install on XP and
work.
