Most Recent Date Query

I have a bunch of Maintenance records that I need to pull
the Most Recent Date from so I have all the information
from that record and create a new table with just that
information in. Trying to use Make Table query

I have.....
1 1/3/99 Fair
1 4/5/00 Fair
1 7/2/01 Poor
1 10/12/02 Poor
1 4/15/03 Replace
I want returned....
1 4/15/03 Replace

Any help would be appreciated.
