Is this where Selfridge's, M&S and Sainsbury's will want to put one of their flagship stores ?

Yes ! This is the site in downtown Hanoi neatly placed in front of two public loos and with a storeroom actually between the loos themselves. Just think of the savings when building the store of not having to put loos in. The ideal place to buy a snack and a drink. Note the potted plant which gives a nice ambience.

Judging by the buckets and the mop I guess the chap is probably the loo cleaner who has set up his "shop" as a side line.

Some would say it's a crap site to have a market stall, being so close to a u-bend.
But it's doing good business, it could have gone down the pan by now!
