More Vertical Records

The suggestion below works great, just have one more
question about it.

Is there some slick way of putting labels on the data so
they only show up once. I have been trying it by showing
the figures in a subreport and the labels on the main
report. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

This is done by laying out the controls vertically at the
left edge of the report. Then use the File - Page Setup -
Columns menu item to specify that you want multiple
columns.
Select the Across then Down snaking option. Most likely,
you should also uncheck the Same as Detail check box and
specify the desired column width.

A subreport is one ggod way to do that.
