I think Outlook should have more options for Stationary. I switched to
another program foe more email options and was hoping 2003 would adopt some
of these.

Yes. But it repeats the background image and will not use complex html
commands like tables. Just a note that in Outlook Express the background does
not repeat, but in the full version of Outlook which you have to pay for the
background image repeats with no way of controlling how far. So I would agree
with Janice Outlook should include better stationary options.

Correction--Outlook *is supposed to use* whatever stationery you want to
create as an HTML file, but it doesn't work! I'm experienced at web design,
but Outlook is driving me crazy! It doesn't do what it's supposed to do, and
neither does the Stationery Picker function of Outlook Express. I'm out of
ideas.

You know I am glad to know its not just me with this issue!! why Outlook
which I paid for will not do what outlook express, which is a free download
can is beyond me!!!

I am giving serious thought to switching the business back to outlook
express or maybe incredimail. Both are free and will allow me to use my
letterhead as stationary, including the jog that will not work in outlook!

Maybe I misunderstood, but I just added a jpg image to my stationary picker
and didnt have any trouble. Instead of new, browse, i did new, blank, browse.
I had previously edited the image in paint by shrinking to 30% then draging
the white background to fill up the page. My image is only located in the
top right corner and doesnt repeat. The only problem I am now having is how
to add this to my outlook web mail.??

I created new stationary and when I create a new eMail message using it I
cannot type over it.
The cursor for typing is right below the new stationary. What else do I
need to do to fix this?
