I realised just as i was shutting down my last question that i'd provided the
wrong email address.
does this matter?
Might I make comment that this would be about the most 'user unfriendly"
area i've ever ventured into on the next.. it took me three times to get this
far .. but its the same with all of these access areas regardless of whether
they belong to m'soft or not ... they dont provide the option the USER is
looking for.. why is that?? is it just some aim for world domination>?? or is
it there simply to make the consumer think the manufacturers care, when in
fact they really dont?

or is this the kind of thing that is only meant to be accessible to people
who would ask questions, for which they already know the answers???

Why do we , the consumers need to be going around and around in circles to
eventually disappear up our own oriface???

it has taken me so far over an hour to get this far .... it really is the
most frustrating thing
thanks for listening, but I know y ou dont care!

Actually, the reason you are having such difficulties is because you are
using the dreadful web interface to these newsgroups. Since you are
using the web interface, you may not realize that this is really a
Usenet newsgroup. You will get far more out of this resource if you
learn to use a newsreader. There are many good newsreaders for Windows,
but you can use Outlook Express (XP) or Windows Mail (Vista) since you
already have it. Here are some links to information about newsgroups:
