I am creating an organziational chart and wonder how to add more than the two lines of data to each box. For example, I would like to put a person's name on one line, department on the second line, and then I would like a third and fourth line to enter title and other data. How do I add more lines to type in? In later versions on PP, it is easy but I am stuck working on a 2000 machine at work and need to do it there

Thanks,

WENDY

Hi Wendy,

The only way to do it in PPT 2000 is to create your org
chart (limited to 4 lines per box) and then ungroup the
org chart in PowerPoint and add the lines.

Hi Wendy,

It's a little tricky, but it can be done in MS Organization Chart 2.0.
Here's a link to the KB article that explains how:

Thanks John.

Next time I'll check the KB first. Could've saved myself
some effort all this time.
