More than one table used for fields in one form

I have set up 4 tables and have l one form. All of the fields in the 4 tables will be included in this multi-page form. However, I am unable to type data in all of the fields because the table is not selected in the Form's Control Source as it will only let me select one table at a time. Can anyone please help me.

How are the tables related? Do you have four tables because you're
trying to create a record with a thousand fields?

I'd suggest - IF your table design is correct, which I suspect it may
not be! - that you use an unbound Form with four Subforms, one for
each table.
