more than one set of data labels per series?

Hi -

I have a vertical bar chart. One of the bars is a "followup" score. I have
used data labeling (xy data labeler or j-walk chart tools) to label the
series "followup score" at the bottom of the bar, with the actual
percentages. what i would like to do is add a P value at the top of that
bar. that seems to entail creating another set of labels, that would run
"outside end" (over the top of) the follow-up bar, which now has another
data label at the bottom center of the bar. when i try to create more
labels, it overwrites the other labels for the series..

is there a way to do this?

I had a similar problem with an X-Y scatter plot. I plotted my data in
series so I could color-code each series' dots (Red=Very Poor,
Orange=Poor, etc.), then used Mr. Bovey's xy data labeler to add labels
to the "Very Poor" series. The thing is, some dots were Very Poor
because of bad pH, others were VP because of bad conductivity, and some
were VP because both ph AND conductivity were bad. I created a set of
data labels for the VP dots using the pH values. But I also wanted to
show the conductivity values for the same dots. I solved this by adding
a new series to my chart, VeryPoor2. I just replotted the VP sites as
this new series, added the conductivity values as data labels to VP2,
then made the markers for series VP2 invisible (select the data series,
Format > Selected Data Series, and select the "None" radio button under
Markers). You may be able to adapt this technique for your bar chart.
