More than one Personal Folder in one session

sorry if this has been addressed already. I tried search
but wasn't able to find this anywhere. I am trying to use
two or more personal folders in one session. I know how
to get another personal folder in the folder list.
However I can only point email accounts to one of the
personal folders. Also, is it possible to point an
incoming email to a directory within a personal folder
based on the recepient address without using filters?
Unless this can be fixed I will probably continue using
The Bat as email client.

thanks

Depending on your version and configuration of Outlook, you may be able to use Rules Wizard rules to move messages from different accounts into folders in different PST files.

thanks, I am using Outlook 2003. I figured out how to get two personal
folders in one session, however when I try to point email accounts to a
personal folder it only allows me to choose one for all email accounts. What
you are saying is the only way to direct emails to certain personal folders
would be to do this with filter/rules?

Also, is there a way to use the account that is associated with the To: of a
received email for the reply by default, instead of the default email
account? It is quite annoying with 5 email accounts.

thank you

Yes, one of the available rule conditions is "through the specified account." Set it up once and forget it.

Outlook 2003 always replies using the account that the message was received on, not the default account.
