I installed the Beta Antispyware and I liked it very much, especially its
Real time protection, but I started having system crashing problems and I
couldn't log In on my system. I had to come in on a Safe Mode, and then do a
system Restore, having to remove the Beta. I have spybot and was afraid to
Remove the spybot, they do realtime too, but not as Indepth as Beta. Can I
use more than One, or is it the type of anti spyware that will cause
problems? I would like the Beta back. Please Help........

Thank you very much Alan for your take on this issue. I do believe that the
MSAS is a much better program, I am just afraid to uninstall spybot. Spybot
has blocked 1170 possible anti spyware programs from my sys. I would imagine
msas could do the same. Something silly, but if I don't ask, I will never
know. What is UI? Please explain, and don't laugh. I am new to computing.

It stands for user interface.

My point is that in previous versions of SPybot when you wanted to change
IE's settings, you had to launch Spybot, disable Immunization, close Spybot,
change the settings in IE, launch Spybot, enable Immunization, and then close
Spybot. This design just makes it absolutely impossible to easily change the
settings for IE, which MSAS allows for by its implementation of real-time
protection.

Alan
