More Than One Calender Displayed

Hello, I work for a college career center and our office
is trying out placing our office appointments and
schedules on Outlook 2002. Where the problem lies is
displaying everyones calender on our reception's PC at the
same time. Does Outlook 2002 have a feature where
multiple calenders can be viewed and editted at the same
time, or does our receptionist have to bounce back and
forth between each calender to fill in the appointments?
 
the next version of Outlook can have calendars viewed side by side. You can
drag and drop from each calendar in this view too.
