A7V600, Athlon XP 2200+, 500mb PC2100 ram

Would another 500mb of PC2100 ram (1gb total) make my pc faster than
replacing my existing ram with PC3200 ram (total 500mb)?

Although my current processor is the XP 2200+, I'll be swapping it for
an XP3200+ when they're a little cheaper.

Thanks in advance...

I have 1 GB of RAM (PC3200) installed in a P4-3GHZ and I am a bit annoyed
that XP just uses around 400MB and still does a SWAP with around 200MB.
I used all the tricks described for Registry but it won't change.Only under
very heavy use (Photoshop and opening 500MB of pics) it will use it.
So I'd say go for faster RAM rather than for more.

Hi i dont know much about it but
once it did test the memory by openning several Iexplorer and what it
did is i did get around one gig one memory used out of 512 megs of
pc2700 kingstons. That was in the control+alt+del menu.
