since upgrading to 2003 from 2000, I have lost probably the best feature in outkook address book... i was able to sort the different entires by business phone, company and more so I could get the names of the company if i couldn't remember the indivduals name. Now all I see when I click on address book is name, display name, email address and email type. pardon me, but I couldnt give a crap wha type of email address it is- I'd rather see a list of company names there!

Is it possible, or do I return 2003 and stick with what works?? I'd like to be able to sort everyone by company name, phone numbers, city, and more... but I have not been able to find a way to add these to the default screen for the address book

HELP
Jim

That kind of sorting is available in your Contacts folder, but not in the
address book display of your contacts.

so it was there, and it was removed in 2003? too bad- nice feature. Now when I sort in the contact list by a business, and try to add the people to an email, i get every bit of info in the 'to' box instead of just their email address. When I could sort the address book I could double click the names to add them, which was much easier/better

Guess I'll have to play with it some more to find the secret, or use a different program for email/address book
Bumme
