More OE IE6 Problems - please help.....

Can someone tell me why links are NOT clickable anymore? If I try to click
on a blue "colored" link from OE mail or news all I get is a "page cannot be
found". What can the problem be THIS time? How is this fixed?

Am I the only one here with endless problems with W-XP home?
