More information to show when I 'hover' over section

I am trying to put together a presentation which is simple to look at
initially but when I hover the mouse over certain parts of the slide more
information will 'pop up' or 'show' to the audience. For example, I'm trying
to describe a product lifecycle to an audience so when I hover over a heading
such as 'Portfolio Qualification' I then want another box to appear which
gives more information (e.g. "Product design team must complete portfolio
qualification document to give details of how the product will provide ROI
for the Showcase environment as well as which proposition it fits within").
 
Connect a hyperlink to the object and in the 'Edit Hyperlink' window you can
add a 'screentip' to the object.
On mouseover the screentip appears,
