More IE Problems

I seem to get the same errors on a frequent basis. I get
gateway timed out on some sites almost right away. I also
have to click on most links twice to get them to load.
The first time they do nothing. I am on Roger's Hispeed
(Cable) and checked my settings several times as well as
using their automated setting program. I have scanned
for spyware and used hijack this.

Any ideas?
