MORE HELP!

I have multiple devices... a webcam, and a camcorder. When
I open either of them, it shows me all the pictures I have
captured with the device. Even when I un-plug the device
and plug it back in, the images are still there. That
means that the picture files are stored somewhere on my
computer, because they dont dissapear when I unplug the
device. And a webcam doesnt have a memory card. So where
on my computer might these images be stored?
 
They are stored (as icons only) in an image database file named thumbs.db.
The photos themselves are not stored on your computer until you transfer
them.
