MORE HELP REQUESTED: "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

Am getting "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message whenever I try to log on to
any secure sites. Have tried numerous things, some suggested here (see
earlier threads), some from searching around on the web. Have also just
tried System Restore to a date a few weeks ago before this happened and that
hasn't worked either. Getting desperate.

Any ideas???

Sorry, are you saying I've posted the question in the wrong newsgroup or
does it actually contain the answer in the Internet Explorer newsgroup? If
it does, I couldn't see it (I've tried the line 68 thing).
