More exact duration of pics in WMM

I normally use PS3 to make photo music videos but would like to use WMM so
that I can include opening & closing titles & I like some of the transitions
that are in WMM but in PS3, I can change the timing of each photo to exactly
fit in with the music.

Is there any way to be more exact with the duration of photos in WMM or, if
not, can some of the WMM transitions/titles be imported into PS3?

There is "some" limited control but the better idea is to use PS3 and import
the WMV from PS3 into Movie Maker to add the titles. I do this with
virtually every PS3 project I ever make.

John - I know that you can drag the red arrow but it doesn't seem to be exact
enough for what I want it to do. On PS3 you can alter the duration to at
least 0.1 of a second but the alteration on WMM seems to be about 0.8 of a
second which is a lot when you're trying to match a transition to a music
beat.

Wojo - Good idea for the titles but will that greatly increase the size of
the final saved file? My ISP will only let me upload files up to 10mb, so as
it is in PS3 I have to save as 320 x 240 which gives me a file size of approx
7-8mb.

Is there no way to import any other transitions into PS3?

No the filesize shouldn't be much different at all. I have the same issue
only I have a 5mb maximum filesize (which I plan to fix when my dues are up
again). What I do is save one using the "Best fit to file size:" option and
set it to 5mb, or 10mb in your case, when the movie will be too big
otherwise.

It is worth it since, as you have already discovered, PS3 is WAY more suited
for imaging than WMM is. WMM doesn't have anywhere near the control or
transition options of PS3 so this is definitely the way to go.
