MORE DOUBLE SPACING!

Okay, so I finally figured out that to kill the whole extra line/
double spacing gibberish in Outlook 2007 I have to hold down Shift as
I hit Enter. I can concede that.

However, when I set up my emails like this, I then lose the automatic
numbering format setup. Additionally, my signature is still way the
heck out there.

Why does it show up in Outlook as one line but as two lines every
where else? Is it because Outlook automatically removes the extra
lines when I'm looking at emails?

Finally, is there anyway to have my normal spacing and eat my
signature too? (Preferably without this whole shift+enter gibberish.)
 
is it really 2 lines everywhere or just two lines in webmail? It's how
webmail displays the HTML code: enter = <p> tag = extra space.

I must confess that at least I don't see the problem (extra lines)
while viewing the messages in Outlook.

Unfortunately, a large number of the people I send emails to won't be
reading my messages in Outlook, they'll be reading them in a web-based
client.

Any advice or tips would be very welcomed.

use plain text or shift+enter.

when you create the sig, use shift+enter between the lines.
