more and more crashes

Trying again:

Win98 and IE6. Crashes continue regularly. Have gone to the Kernel 32 site
recommended and can't find the answer. No rhyme or reason to when it
happens. Almost every time I access the internet. Below is the latest crash

The Hex numbers you have posted are not helping us.
Any reference to module such as kernell32, IExplorer etc.

Some known parasite will use explorer.exe to hide, as this one does.
