The author of MooPlayer has gone to the dark side, and reportedly will not
continue to develop the program.

It's a cool little media player, with a lot of promise and a pretty loyal
following. I really like those delayed fade-out controls, and was
considering bumping off MPC with Moo as my default movie player.

MooPlayer is open source, so I hope someone will pick it up.
