months in a listbox

Hi,
I created a listbox containing all month-numbers (also "day-numbers" in
another listbox)..
I would like to get the current month-number (and day-number) upon opening
the form. How should i do this.

Day(Date) and Month(Date)

You would find this much easier if you used a Calendar control!

Day(Date()) and Month(Date())
