Monthly view missing previous month

When I print a calendar, I want the previous month and the next month to show
at the top of the page. In Outlook 2003, the current month and the next month
show at the top. Is there a setting to change it to the previous month?
 
Sadly the thumbnails always show the current month. You can either see the
current month & next month or the current month and last month
