Monthly patch releases

Ballmer and Microsoft has mentioned monthly releases of patches to ease administrators burden. Bur when are they going to release the monthly patches? In the beginning of the month? Second wednesday in the month and so forth? It’s great that Microsoft will move to monthly patch releases. But where do I find information about when during the month the monthly release will take place?
