Monthly calendars in outlook 2007

Can I e-mail this monthly calendars so that somebody views it and add text or
share it.
To me file extention .ics cannot be viewed by somebody else.
Please let me know how to share this calendar
 
That depends entirely on what mail/calendar program(s) your recipient is using. You didn't say.
