Monthly Calendar View?

Outlook 2003 is great, but I would prefer to have the monthly calendar
display from Sunday through Saturday with Sun & Sat shown as full days - like
the others. The weekly view is correct, but I need to view the whole month
and with Saturday and Sunday shown in half-spaces is a real pain (Sunday as
the start of my work week).

Right click in the calendar, select other settings, uncompress weekend days.
