Monotoring network access

Is there a tool in Win XP Home that allows you to monitor what processes and
programs are accessing the network. I do not belong to a domain, but get
concerned when my ADSL router's com lights flash indicating network traffic
when I am not surfing, downloading, or uploading anything.

Assuming you have a DSL/Cable Router

| Yes, it is connected permanently when the computer is on or off.

WallWatcher can log traffic in and out, bandwidth and other praramemters.
