I recently subscribed to Comcast Broadband DSL services. I've ha issues with getting the connection going. I contacted tech support at Comcast they were very helpful in walking me through the steps in getting me up and going but, it jus wasn't working. The "Wizard" disk that was provided by the cable company did a test to make sure that everything was work and all findings were "Yes" except for the Ethernet card or USB connection. Well I got some advice from one of my coworkers who is great with computers. He instructed me to open the module and check that theEthernet card wa in place and not loose. I did and plugged my computer back up. To my surprise the monitor screen had turned a blue-green and I have no idea why most important how to get it back to where I can see my programs again... Is my monitor blown out maybe or did I maybe touch something I shouldn't have when I opended the module up to check the Ethernet card? Help !!!

Disconnect then reconnect the monitor cable. You might have jarred the
connection.

Maybe you bumped the video card when you were in there, It might not
have been seated tightly to begin with. Try pushing it in. Also, as
the other poster mentioned, maybe the cable to/from the minitor is
loose, check it.
