I'm running an Excchange 2K server, an IIS 5ish server and an SQL 2K server
in my office. What I'm looking for is some good network monitoring tool(s)
to monitor all this stuff.

I'd like to see who's hitting the web sites (IP addresses & what they are
doing). Who's using and trying to use the exchange server and the same
thing on the SQL box.

Often times I see the router lights running like mad and I'm just curious
who's in and who's doing what since all the sites and mail and such are
pretty private and not out there for all the world to see.

Of course there are the log files but I'm looking for something more
sophisticated. Can someone recommend a good tool or tools to accomplish
this?

Thanks.

Lots of powerful tools that will do this sort of monitoring at

Hello Cliff, you might want to check out www.Ascendview.com. The compan
has been developing a solution to fit this need. I know that their sit
has not yet been updated to reflect their Interactive Map and Reportin
features, but plently of information is there about the product. I als
know that they can chart and monitor IIS Web logs, SQL Serve
Transactions, and both systems' performance monitors all in correlatio
on one chart!...powerful.

They currently are looking for potential customers to build
relationship with. I know the person who owns the place
