I was switching out video cards in my computer and snapped off a pin on
my monitor connector. Can this be repaired (maybe by me) or am I
screwed?

if it was on the center row, you can leave it as is
they are all grounds

you can give it a try and see what happens

if it turns out to be an essential pin...
it might be easier to replace the entire cable
than to install a new connector...

(depends on your skill level)

I assume, since you asking the question, the cable is not removable.
Depending on your electrical skill, you could try cutting off the end of the
cable and making a new plug. Depending on how the wires are colored inside
the cable, this could be a nightmare. If, for example, all the wires in the
cable are black you are screwed, Unfortunately, I think that is your only
option without buying a new monitor.

You lost pin 5 (Digital ground). That is why you aren't getting a signal.
The circuit is broken.
