You pick the monitor up, rotate 180 degrees clockwise (counterclockwise in
the Southern hemisphere), put it back down.
Or, go to Control Panel and look for a control for your video card (not the
Display icon - that's basic settings). You should see a control with a name
something like Rotation Settings - choose Normal if not selected, or Rotate
180. If that fails, go back to suggestion one.
