This sometimes happens with certain monitor and video card combinations. In
general if you turn off the monitor and go away for a while the installation
will complete and at the next reboot the video signal will be restored. You
could also try a different monitor to see if it displays a picture because
it looks like the error data says the video card is putting out a signal
that a different monitor (glass instead of LCD) would be able to see.
