I have a laptop that has both VGA output and RCA Output
for a 2nd monitor. Since I downloaded the last set of
updates from Microsoft ever time I set the 2nd monitor up
to be on the TV out it stayes as long as I don't shut
down but if I do shut down and then restart the monitor
settings always is back to the 2nd monitor setting being
VGA. What happened and how can I fix this.
