MONITOR PROBLEM

I have a Packard Bell Monitor. I can use it for about an hour and then the
screen starts to revolve. It will stop for a short while if I turn it off.
The longer I leave it off the longer I can use it. I would greatly appreciate
any help.

Just how old is this monitor? Perhaps it is time to replace
it.
