monitor menu appears for long time

When i booted my system immediately the monitor menu appears.
If i press exit button in the monitor it reappears in 0.1sec.
It exists for a long time and then disappears.
Please post me a solution.

Yours is not a Windows problem; it is a hardware problem.
Likely suspects:
(1) Loose connection between monitor and video card
(2) Monitor failing
(3) Video card failing

ya, i know its an hardware problem,,,thats why i have posted here.
Also i didnt have an video card individually.Its built-in.
I think there is a prob inside monitor.
where can i find solution for this.please tell me.....

Besides the fact you didn't tell us the make model or age of your monitor,
we can't tell you how to repair a monitor here...

You'd have to take it somewhere to be serveiced or replaced - or buy a new
monitor.

Other questions that come to mind...

How old is it?
Is it so old it's failing?
Is it new enough to still be under warrenty?
Have you tried to connect it to another computer to see if it behaves the
same way?
Doing so would prove it's the monitor and not the computer.
 
no,its just 2.5 years old "samsung monitor(15-inch)".
also the warranty is just ended.
i didnt try to connect it to other system since i cant carry it.
