Monitor flicker

Got a brand new Hanon LCD monitor...

Trouble is it flickers from time to time and is really annoying. Any
ideas ?

I have a Hanon thats doing the same - especially if tapped. Also an anoying
squealing from the speakers that comes and goes....

Backlite?

Completely crap monitors or what?
I know they were cheap but these are just crap.
