Hi!
My monitor doesn't display blue colour.i.e., whatever appears on the screen
lacks blue completely. What could be the possible problem?

If you have a CRT monitor (not a flat panel LCD), then the blue gun has
failed and you will need to replace the monitor.

The monitor cable is loose?? -- check the connections and tighten the video
cable thumb-screws

There is a bent/broken pin in the VGA connector, on the monitor cable??? --
carefully disconnect the video cable and check the pins -- if you find bent
pins, check with repair center. If missing pins, replace your monitor

There is a broken/crushed wire inside the monitor cable?? -- borrow a
different monitor for testing -- if ok, replace your monitor.

The video card is dieing??? -- borrow a different monitor for testing

The video card drivers are set to completely turn off the Blue?? -- check
the driver settings.

Bad component inside the monitor?? -- borrow a different monitor for testing
-- if ok, replace your monitor.
